CASE function accepts multiple parameters with conditions. If the condition returns true the corresponding value is returned. There are two ways to write the CASE Statements.

IFF(exp1, exp2, expr3) function accepts 3 parameters. If the first parameter is not Null, the function returns the second parameter, otherwise the function returns the third parameter.

NVL2(exp1, exp2, expr3) function accepts 3 parameters. If the first parameter is not Null, the function returns the second parameter, otherwise the function returns the third parameter.

ISNULL(exp1, exp2) function accepts 2 parameters. If the first parameter is not Null, the function returns the first parameter, otherwise the function returns the second parameter.
